Both cable types are made using top materials with a very long life expectancy. (Nickle is a fine conductor, very resistant to corrosion over time. Gold, of course, is incredibly durable and likely to survive more than a life time while providing the best possible conductivity.

Dual RCA Connection Cables-24K gold plate  black insulation.
High quality Stereo Patch cords (or cables) have color-coded RCA plugs at each end. Construction employs 20 gauge* stranded, pure-copper condutors that can stand up to flexing. Shielding is 100% coverage with heavy insulation using our black, abrasion and chemical  resistant, flexible plastic. The  connectors are 24 Karat Gold plated. *note: most suppliers of audio cables use much smaller wire,
often of something other than pure copper (note: available in a clear plastic insutation further on down this page.) .

*OFC is Oxygen Free copper, the only copper that will carry the audio power today and remain pure tomorrow and for years to come.   (Impure copper can break down beginning before if can even be installed !)
24 Karat Pure Gold is used as it is the ultimate conductor of electrical signals and, due to the extreme durability of pure gold, will remain a super-conductor nearly forever. 

Dual RCA Connection Cables-nickle plate
The same high quality Stereo Patch cables as above, connectors are nickle plated. Color-coded  RCA plugs at each end. . Made with heavy insulation of an abrasion and chemical  resistant, flexible plastic. The insulation color is black, connectors are a silver- nickle, color.

Dual RCA extension Cables-24K gold plate 
Extension cables have male RCA plugs on one end and females on the other; two males to two females. Again, these are high quality Stereo Cables and   have color-coded connectors at each end. Construction employs 20 gauge* stranded, pure-copper condutors that can stand up to flexing. Shielding is 100% coverage with heavy insulation of an abrasion and chemical  resistant, flexible plastic. The insulation color is black, connectors are 24 Karat Gold.

Dual RCA Ground wire Cables-24K gold plate 
This series is our usual high quality Stereo Patch cords (or cables) that have a ground wire in addition to shielded RCA cables. The ground wire may be used for connection to chassis or for switching connections. The Construction employs 20 gauge* stranded, pure-copper condutors that can stand up to flexing. Shielding is 100% coverage with heavy insulation of an abrasion and chemical  resistant, flexible plastic. The insulation color is black, connectors are 24 Karat Gold.

SHIELDED "Y" ADAPTOR

        The shielded "Y" adaptor has One RCA plug on one end and two RCA male plugs on the other. Over length is about four inches. Our 20 gauge stranded copper wire is used and connectors are fully 24 karat Gold plated.

SHIELDED "Y" ADAPTORS-24 Karat gold connectors - clear insulation.

        These shielded "Y" adaptors are constructed using OFC (oxygen free copper) conductors; all connectors are gold plated. We use our salmon-clear insulation which is very durable, fine looking. Both Adaptors are approximately 4" in length.

SHIELDED "Y" ADAPTORS- soft black insulation.

        These shielded "Y" adaptors are constructed using OFC (oxygen free copper) conductors; choose from either a nickle plate or 24 Karat Gold plated connectors.  Soft Black insulation is flexible, durable and resistant to chemical attack. Adaptors are 4" total length; Gold plate is pure 24 Karat and nickel is pure 100% bright nickel.
